		We do not process orders & payments online, as we feel that a personal service is required when ordering your Highland Dress & Accessories. Therefore on completion of our Quote Form, our sales staff will contact you by e-mail or telephone to confirm the overall cost of your order and payment details. Please ensure you have printed off our self measurement guide and followed our instructions before completing the measurement information (where required). Measurements can be stated in centimetres or inches (please be sure to state which are being used), any queries on measurements will be made by e-mail or telephone before we proceed with the order. On confirming your order we request either full payment or a 50% deposit, with the balance due before we dispatch. Post, packing & insurance costs will be advised and added to your order. Customers living outside the European Union can order goods tax free, shipping will be added and your goods will be liable for Import Duty when they arrive in your country. In regards to Complete Outfits and Kilts, surcharges will occur if the measurements given require more yardage in the kilt, chest size over 50” for jackets or a tartan not included in our own Auld Reekie (1) Range. You will be contacted by return e-mail or telephone with costs and choices. Some of the details requested on the form may not be required for your particular outfit, for example, when ordering a Prince Charlie Outfit, a belt & buckle is not included & when ordering some of the Day/Evening Outfits, Ghillie Brogues are not included. Made to measure items, such as Gent’s Kilts & Complete Outfits incur a making time of about 8 weeks. However many items are available from stock and can be supplied by return, should an item, not made to measure, need to be ordered then please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. This time is always negotiable, so if you have a special date in mind it is essential that you advise this when ordering, we will do our best to meet it for you. Conversely if you have time in hand, try and order plenty time in advance, to be sure of receiving everything you require in good time for your special date.
